LoveDayton Serves – All Abilities, All Styles Fashion Show with Empowered Community Services Empowered Community Services is hosting their first-ever fashion show, All Abilities, All Styles Fashion Show! Empowered provides programs and community experiences for adults with disabilities, including things such as STEM and art classes, daily outings, and volunteer service projects. They’ll be holding the event at CLC, and we loved the heart behind it so much that we want to come alongside and support them by serving together. Date: Saturday, September 27 Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (includes set-up and tear-down) Location: Christian Life Center, Connection Center and Cafe, enter Door 2 We are looking for 20–30 volunteers to help make this day a success. Please indicate in the registration form which role you would like. Roles include: - Event set-up and tear-down - Hair and makeup prep for models - Photography / “paparazzi” team - Assisting models on the runway - Managing and serving refreshments - Event MC Estimated attendance: ~100 people (15 models + guests) Let’s come together to help make this a joyful and memorable experience for Empowered’s community.
